A modern city that forms part of the Al-Rafeel City project launched by the National Investment Commission, with a strategic, easily accessible location. It is expected to house around 60,000 residents across a total area of 4,000,000 m².

The city includes 12,000 homes, plus 250,000 m² set aside for a commercial center and leisure areas with restaurants, cafés, schools, a hospital and a university.
