The city is located in Najaf Al-Ashraf, about 20 km from Najaf Airport, and is connected to the road linking Najaf, as an economic city, with Saudi Arabia via the Hajj land route. It covers 6,000 dunams, 30% of which is green space, with 3 main entrances, as well as land for olive and palm trees and all seasonal vegetable crops. Sheep pens and fish lakes are also being developed
